Ontario Center seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The CNA will support residents with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and comfort, while assisting with vital signs, documentation, and rehab-focused services. Working within a resident-centered, team-based culture, you’ll partner with nursing, therapy, and support staff to promote dignity, safety, and quality of life. This role offers the opportunity to grow clinical skills, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to residents’ recovery and long-term well-being.
