You'll work directly alongside the founders to grow the company from what it is today—from building and scaling our partner ecosystem to shaping how the world discovers Lear. You'll have a front-row seat to what it actually takes to build an AI company. A major part of your role will be owning our partner program: identifying, onboarding and working with industry partners who can distribute Lear's AI to their industry.
