The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing sales strategies, managing channel partners, leading the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement from lead generation through project closure. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for residential villa projects. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity and performance. Build and maintain stron
