Schedule: Night Shift | 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Location: Dayton, TX

Job Type: Full-time | Temp-to-hire opportunity

Responsibilities

Perform pre-operation inspections, calibration, and basic maintenance checks

Operate machinery and monitor production processes

Feed raw materials into machines and ensure proper workflow

Conduct quality checks on finished products

Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues during operation

Maintain accurate records of production and equipment status

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous machine operator experience preferred

Ability to understand written instructions and complete basic documentation

Basic mechanical knowledge and math skills

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 90 lbs

Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
