We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads from international markets, particularly the USA, UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Develop targeted B2B lead-generation strategies for software development and technology services
• Research international audiences, industries, competitors, and customer pain points
• Manage Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Pixel, and Conversions API
• Develop and test campaign creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing-page strategies
• Implement A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion optimization
• Track and optimize CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lead-to-client conversion performance
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the business development team
• Monitor campaign budgets and improve lead quality while reducing acquisition costs
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Identify new opportunities to scale successful campaigns

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram lead-generation strategies
• Experience targeting international audiences, especially the US and UK
• Understanding of B2B marketing, sales funnels, and lead qualification
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, and conversion tracking
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions
• Experience with audience segmentation, remarketing, and creative testing
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and research toolsStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage advertising campaigns and take ownership of results

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience generating B2B leads for software houses, IT companies, SaaS products, or technology businesses
• Experience with high-ticket services and international client acquisition
• Knowledge of landing-page optimization, CRM integration, and marketing automation
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating actual campaign performance
