Responsibilities

• Develop new products based on market trends, buyer briefs, and consumer needs.
• Research materials, finishes, colors, and manufacturing techniques.
• Create sketches, CAD drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Develop prototypes and improve designs based on functionality, cost, and feedback.
• Coordinate with sampling, production, merchandising, and quality teams.
• Refresh existing products and ensure designs meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience in Product/Industrial/Hard Goods Design.
• Strong design sense for furniture and home décor.
• Proficiency in CAD (Corel, Photoshop, autocad, illustrator)
• Good understanding of materials, construction, ergonomics, and manufacturing.
• Strong trend research, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop products from concept to production.
