Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Agentic AI

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to build and deploy production-grade, AI-powered solutions directly with enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on builder role , owning solutions end-to-end from customer discovery and architecture through development, production deployment, and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, tool/function calling and multi-step orchestration.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into scalable, production-ready technical solutions.
• Develop backend services, APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Take solutions from POC to production and drive measurable customer adoption.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, reliability, security and performance practices.
• Work closely with customers, AI engineers and platform teams to deliver solutions.
• Communicate technical architecture, risks and trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, architecture or technical delivery experience.
• Proven experience shipping production systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on backend, API and integration engineering experience.
• Experience building LLM/Generative AI applications , including RAG, tool/function calling and orchestration.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP , CI/CD and containers.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of security, access controls and PII handling .
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
