ResponsibilitiesDrive full-cycle recruitment in a true 360 capacity, managing both client partnerships and candidate relationshipsDevelop and expand business within the Life Sciences market through strategic relationship building and market mappingIdentify new opportunities with prospective and existing clients to support division growthBuild, maintain, and continuously strengthen a pipeline of high-caliber Life Sciences talent for current and future hiring needsConduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetingsPartner closely with clients to understand hiring goals, market trends, and workforce challengesConsistently meet and exceed recruiting, business development, and revenue targetsQualificationsProven success within the Life Sciences recruitment market, preferably in a 360 or agency environmentStrong business development mindset with experience building and managing client relationshipsExperience working with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting/CRM platformsHigh-energy, entrepreneurial mentality with a passion for relationship-driven sales and recruitingDemonstrated track record of achieving quotas and performance goals

Base salary: $70,000-$90,000 plus commission
