Project Manager (Delivery Lead) – KSA, Arabic Speaking

About the Role

AvanteNow is delivering a large-scale ServiceNow platform transformation for a major bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), consolidating IT Service Management, IT Operations, CMDB/Discovery, IT Asset Management, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC/IRM), Business Continuity Management, Third-Party Risk Management and Data Privacy onto a single enterprise platform. We are hiring experienced ServiceNow professionals to join the delivery team for this programme.

As Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of this ServiceNow transformation programme, leading a distributed team across Riyadh and India, and acting as the primary point of contact for the bank's stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold overall accountability for project delivery: scope, schedule, cost, quality and resourcing across all workstreams.
• Maintain the project plan, schedule and cost baseline; produce Gantt-based work plans and track milestones by phase.
• Chair the project steering committee and issue weekly progress reporting to the bank's stakeholders.
• Own and maintain the project risk register covering all risk categories, including security risk, with mitigation actions and status tracking.
• Manage the change-control process, including coordination with the bank's Information Security (EIS) approval process for all platform configuration and workflow changes.
• Coordinate resource management and interfaces across functional, technical and quality workstreams and with the bank's Change Management team.
• Own formal stage-gate sign-off at the end of each implementation phase.
• Set up and run the Programme Office, including issue management and communications/reporting cadence.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of IT project/programme management experience; 5+ years leading ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platform implementations; prior delivery experience in banking or other regulated financial services, ideally in the GCC/KSA; strong stakeholder, budget, schedule and subcontractor management skills.

Certifications

PMP or PRINCE2 (mandatory); ITIL4 Foundation; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Agile/Scrum certification are an advantage.
