Key Responsibilities

Work closely with end users and customers to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications. Support Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and related supply chain modules, including OM, Inventory, and Pricing. Analyze Oracle Order to Cash processes and provide effective techno-functional solutions. Develop, review, and support PL/SQL-based solutions with strong analytical and troubleshooting ability. Work on RICE components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions, as required by business needs. Operate effectively in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities may change dynamically.
