Job Summary: The School Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of students, staff, and school events. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The photographer will play a key role in documenting the school's activities and achievements, contributing to the school's visual storytelling and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs of students, staff, and school events, including but not limited to sports days, cultural events, annual day celebrations, and classroom activities.
• Coordinate with school administration and teachers to schedule and plan photo sessions.
• Edit and retouch photographs to ensure the highest quality output.
• Maintain and organize a digital archive of school photographs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide images for the school website, social media, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure all photographs adhere to the school's privacy and consent policies.
• Maintain photography equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Provide input on creative projects and contribute to the visual branding of the school.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a photographer, preferably with experience in school or event photography.
• Proficiency in using professional photography equipment and software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photography, including portraits, candid shots, and event photography.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and parents.
• A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• Knowledge of child protection and data protection laws related to photography in educational settings is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in photography or a related field.
• Experience in videography and video editing.
• Familiarity with CBSE school environments and culture.
