Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise who can independently design, build, and deliver high-quality features across the stack. You will play a key role in shaping implementation decisions, improving engineering standards, and mentoring junior engineers.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning problems end-to-end and working closely with product, clinical, and engineering stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems Build scalable, maintainable frontend applications using React.js Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js Own feature delivery from requirements clarification to production release Make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code Review code from peers and raise the overall quality bar Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinicians to refine requirements Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and reliability best practices, especially for healthcare data Actively contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and standards Use modern developer tooling, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve productivity while maintaining high standards of code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

4–7 years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency in Java Script and Typescript Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS Solid experience with

○ React.js and modern frontend patterns

○ Node.js and RESTful API design

● Experience working with databases

○ SQL (My SQL / Postgre SQL)

● Strong understanding of

○ Software design principles

○ Performance optimization

○ Error handling and observability

● Hands-on experience with

○ Unit and integration testing

○ Git-based workflows and code reviews

○ CI/CD pipelines

○ Any of the cloud platforms like AWS, GCP

Ability to debug complex issues across the stack Clear communication and collaboration skills Demonstrates sound judgment in leveraging AI-assisted tools—knowing when to use them and when not to.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native systems Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, or regulated domains Experience designing APIs or systems consumed at scale Prior mentoring experience
