Assembly Plant Head (Manufacturing Operations/ Electronics)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end assembly operations — incoming parts, QC, assembly, packaging, and dispatch.
• Build and lead the local assembly team (line workers, supervisors, QA).
• Implement standard operating procedures for assembly, testing, and maintenance.
• Track KPIs like yield, downtime, and production cost.
• Coordinate with engineering and supply chain for continuous improvement.

Good to have:

• 6–10 years in electronics / small-appliance assembly or production management.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing, 5S, and quality systems.
• Experience managing 20–50+ member teams.
