BIM Architect

Position: BIM Architect (Revit) Location: Ahmedabad, India Employment: Full-time Experience: 1-4 years ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is a leading architectural outsourcing firm providing BIM modeling and CAD services to international clients across USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and UAE. They specialize in Revit BIM modeling, architectural drawings, and 3D rendering services. ROLE Create and manage detailed Revit BIM models, architectural drawings, and construction documentation for international projects in residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop Revit BIM models (LOD 100-300) from design through construction documentation Create architectural drawings and construction documents Perform clash detection and coordinate with structural/MEP teams Convert 2D CAD to 3D BIM models Ensure compliance with international building standards Collaborate with global teams across time zones Support senior architects on project deliverables REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS B. Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) - MANDATORY 1-4 years of BIM modeling experience Strong Revit proficiency (Architecture module) Good AutoCAD knowledge Understanding of BIM workflows and LOD specifications Knowledge of international building standards Excellent attention to detail Strong English communication skills PREFERRED SKILLS Navisworks for clash detection 3D Studio Max or SketchUp MEP BIM coordination experience Familiarity with international construction standards TECHNICAL SKILLS Revit (Architecture) - Strong AutoCAD - Intermediate BIM Coordination - Intermediate 3D Rendering - Basic to Intermediate WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary based on experience Professional development and training International project exposure Work-life balance HOW TO APPLY Submit CV, portfolio (Revit models/drawings), and cover letter.
