Job Overview / Job Profile Summary This role serves as a key client-facing position supporting study maintenance activities within IQVIA's electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) environment. The incumbent is responsible for managing client communications, coordinating study changes, supporting system and helpdesk escalations, and ensuring the successful delivery and maintenance of eCOA solutions throughout the study lifecycle. The role requires strong project management fundamentals, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical technology environment. The individual will collaborate closely with sponsors, internal project teams, and operational partners to ensure high-quality study support, patient compliance, and seamless execution of eCOA services. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of eCOA, eClinical technology, clinical research, project coordination, or study management experience preferred.
- Experience supporting clinical technology platforms and client-facing study delivery activities is highly desirable.
- Experience working within a regulated clinical research environment is preferred.
