Electrical Project Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial and industrial electrical construction projects throughout the Greater Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and financial skills, with the ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and field coordination while independently pricing and negotiating change orders.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage 5–6 electrical construction projects simultaneously, from buyout through project closeout.Independently price, prepare, and negotiate change orders.Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, billing, and profitability.Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and material tracking.Collaborate with field teams, general contractors, owners, and design teams.Monitor labor productivity, safety, quality, and project schedules.Lead project closeout activities, support commissioning, and ensure final billing is completed.
Required Qualifications2+ years of electrical project management experience.Experience working for an electrical contractor that self-performs electrical work.Ability to independently price and negotiate change orders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction.Knowledge of project financials, cost forecasting, and labor tracking.Ability to work in the Greater Phoenix area.
Preferred QualificationsElectrical estimating experience.Experience with industrial, manufacturing, data center, or healthcare projects.Proficiency in Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, or Microsoft Project.Previous experience as an electrician, journeyman, or foreman.
Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary of $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus.Company vehicle or $1,000 monthly vehicle allowance, plus a gas card.5% 401(k) match.Company-paid medical premium contribution. xzbcwsv Discretionary bonus; project managers received $30,000 in bonuses last year.
