Blended Hourly: $43.50/hr [$16.50 taxable | $27.00 stipend]
Weekly Gross: $1,740.00 [$660.00 taxable | $ 1,080.00 stipend]

Requirements:

• Minimum one years of LPN experience - required
• LTC experience required
• NY state license and BLS (AHA) required
