Occupational Therapist

BJC HealthCare seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for patients across acute and/or outpatient settings. In this role, you will develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies. You will document care in the EMR, contribute to discharge planning, and support safety and quality initiatives.
