The OpportunityWe're seeking independent sales representatives who enjoy connecting with people, developing relationships, and creating new business opportunities.Whether you have experience in apparel sales, promotional products, school athletics, corporate sales, or simply have a strong network of contacts, we'd love to hear from you.Our team handles product design, quoting, production, and fulfillment so you can focus on generating sales and building lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Be SellingSchools & Athletics: Varsity jackets, letterman sweaters, spirit wear, team apparel, band apparel, and school programs.Corporate Apparel: Branded polos, shirts, jackets, uniforms, hats, and employee apparel.Custom Embroidery: Embroidered logos, patches, personalized apparel, and accessories.Special Projects: Branded merchandise, collaborations, and custom apparel programs for organizations and businesses.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new sales opportunities with schools, businesses, organizations, and brands.Build relationships with athletic directors, school administrators, business owners, and purchasing decision-makers.Present AKM products, samples, and apparel solutions to prospective customers.Generate qualified sales opportunities and coordinate with our internal team.Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat orders.Develop your own sales territory and customer network.
Commission & Earning PotentialWe offer a progressive, uncapped commission structure based on annual collected sales.10% commission on your first $75,000 in annual sales.12% commission on the next $50,000 in annual sales.15% commission on annual sales exceeding $125,000.Commission tiers reset each January 1. Commissions are earned on collected sales. Eligible repeat orders from accounts you originate also generate commissions.

Who We're Looking ForSelf-motivated individuals who enjoy sales and relationship building.Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills.Individuals comfortable approaching new businesses and organizations.People with established connections in schools, athletics, business, or their local communities.Sales experience is preferred but not required.Apparel, promotional products, uniforms, or school athletics experience is a plus.
