Annual CTC: ₹2.4 Lakhs Per Annum

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counselling, convincing and relationship-building abilities.
• Candidates with experience in the education/training sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding courses, programs, admissions and career opportunities.
• Understand students’ academic requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle student and parent queries through calls, meetings and other communication channels.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, enquiries and admissions.
• Achieve assigned admission/enrolment targets.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on student interactions and admission status.
