Digital Marketing Manager - E-commerce & Performance Marketing

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in US-based e-commerce, performance marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, and P&L management .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing and e-commerce growth strategies.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn , and other platforms.

Drive revenue, customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value .

Manage e-commerce P&L, budgets, ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, margins, and profitability .

Lead end-to-end SEO , including technical, on-page, off-page, keyword research, and e-commerce SEO.

Optimize the customer journey, landing pages, product pages, checkout funnel, and conversion rates.

Analyze channel, product, and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Manage promotional, seasonal, prospecting, retargeting, Shopping, Performance Max, and catalog campaigns.

Lead, mentor, and coordinate with marketing, creative, content, sales, and e-commerce teams.

Present performance reports, business insights, and growth recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, E-commerce Manager, or Performance Marketing Manager .

Strong hands-on experience with US e-commerce and customer acquisition .

Strong understanding of P&L, profitability, ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, and conversion optimization .

Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and retargeting .

Strong e-commerce SEO and analytics experience.

Proven track record of driving online revenue and profitable growth .

Strong analytical, communication, copywriting, and leadership skills.

Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members.
