Company Description: Rainforest Athirapally is a luxury resort set within seven acres of pristine rainforest, in Athirapally, Kerala. Department: Kitchen Cuisine: Kerala or Continental Experience: 4–6 years of experience in professional kitchens. At least 1–2 years handling a kitchen section independently. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise an assigned kitchen section. Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards. Plan daily mise en place and allocate work to junior staff. Train, mentor, and supervise Commis chefs. Monitor inventory and communicate stock requirements. Maintain food cost, portion control, and wastage targets.
