Bim modeler (jr. level)

We're Hiring | Junior BIM Modeller — Architecture & Facade | Ahmedabad (On-site) | Full-time | 0–2 years

At BIM Tree LLP, we deliver BIM and facade documentation for projects across the GCC, USA and India — from high-rise towers to complex curtain wall packages.

We're looking for someone at the start of their journey who wants to learn how real project documentation actually works — not just push geometry.

What you'll do

Model architectural elements in Revit to project LOD and standards Set up sheets, views, tags, dimensions and title blocks for issue Build and edit Revit families as per project requirements Support the facade team on panel layouts and shop drawing sheets Convert CAD backgrounds, mark-ups and sketches into clean BIM output Follow naming conventions, worksets and file hygiene without being reminded

What we're looking for

B. Arch / Diploma in Civil or Architecture / Architectural Draughtsman 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong Revit skills are welcome) Working knowledge of Revit and Auto CAD Ability to read architectural drawings and understand what they mean Attention to detail — we care more about accuracy than speed Willingness to learn facade documentation from the ground up

Bonus points for Navisworks • Dynamo basics • Enscape/Twinmotion • Excel • Any facade or shop drawing exposure
