We're looking for a Graphic Designer who understands aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency. Someone who can translate Surma's philosophy into clean, compelling, and high-quality visual content across digital platforms.

This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone strong in fundamentals and excited to grow with a brand.

• Design creatives for Instagram (posts, reels covers, stories, ads)
• Create performance marketing assets for Meta and other digital platforms
• Design website banners, landing visuals, and emailers
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, and brand language
• Adapt designs across multiple sizes and formats quickly
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team on campaigns
• Create lookbook layouts and moodboards
• Assist with shoot decks, visual references, and campaign presentations

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency
• Strong attention to detail
• A portfolio showcasing social and digital work

• Experience working with lifestyle / fashion / beauty brands
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects)
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives
