Part Time Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a part time nanny for our 11-month-old baby girl. My husband and I both wfh full time, so we'll be around and close-by if you need us, but we're looking for someone who's confident taking the lead and keeping her engaged, happy, and learning. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves playtime and gets excited working with babies at the stage. At 11 months, she's curious about everything and loves exploring the world around her. She just started walking so she's constantly on the move. We'd love a nanny who's intentional about nurturing her development through play.
