Get to know about us - Job Summary
The Application Specialist is responsible for providing clinical application support, product demonstrations, user training, and post-installation support for Critical Care products. The role involves working closely with the sales team, healthcare professionals, and hospital staff to ensure successful product implementation, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations for Critical Care products.
Provide application support during product evaluations, installations, and commissioning.
Train doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, and end users on the safe and effective use of the products.
Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities to achieve business objectives.
Assist in conducting clinical workshops, CMEs, seminars, and product launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with ICU physicians, anesthesiologists, intensivists, nurses, and hospital management.
Provide technical and clinical guidance to customers for troubleshooting and optimal product utilization.
Ensure timely installation support and user acceptance at customer sites.
Collect customer feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the product management team.
Coordinate with service engineers to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest developments in critical care technologies and competitor products.
Prepare and submit application reports, training records, and customer visit reports on time.
Support distributors and channel partners by providing application training and product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or Life Sciences.
Clinical application certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in Clinical Applications, Product Training, or Technical Support for Critical Care medical devices.
Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
