Job Description
Role Overview
The Head – Pharma Omnichannel Operations & Delivery is a senior leadership position responsible for directing, scaling, and optimizing the end-to-end production of digital and print marketing assets for global life sciences and pharmaceutical clients supporting high-volume production environments. In this role, you will lead a large-scale, multi-regional delivery engine specializing in the high-volume, highly regulated creation of omnichannel content—including Electronic Detail Aids (e DAs), interactive emails, websites, print materials, and localized video content. You will be responsible for operational excellence, technology-driven automation, and strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance frameworks.
What will you do?
Own end-to-end omnichannel production across e DAs/CLMs, approved emails, websites/CMS, print, video localization, motion graphics, HTML5 banners, and other digital assets.
Drive operational readiness and delivery performance by managing capacity, throughput, SLAs, quality, risks, and bottlenecks across high-volume production environments.
Standardize global delivery models, intake-to-deployment workflows, governance processes, and best practices to improve speed-to-market and consistency.
Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across MLR, content approval, asset governance, metadata, version control, and deployment workflows.
Champion modular content and reuse to reduce cycle time, improve scalability, and optimize production costs.
Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow automation, AI-enabled content assembly, QA tools, reporting dashboards, Lean/Agile practices, and productivity improvements.
Partner with senior clients and internal leadership as the operational escalation point; lead governance reviews, performance discussions, QBRs/MBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
Build and lead large cross-functional teams across project management, creative, development, QA, localization, and content operations; define capability-building and upskilling plans.
Lead transitions and transformations, including new client onboarding, scope migrations, risk assessment, stabilization, and operating model setup.
What will you need?
Experience : 16+ years in large-scale digital production, content operations, or delivery leadership for global clients, including at least 5–6 years in senior leadership roles within pharma/healthcare omnichannel content production.
Pharma omnichannel expertise : Strong hands-on understanding of e DAs/CLMs, Veeva approved emails, websites/CMS, HTML5 banners, video/motion graphics, print, localization, and digital asset workflows.
Platform knowledge : Deep familiarity with life sciences platforms such as Veeva Vault Promo Mats/Med Comms, Veeva CRM, Veeva Approved Email, CLM, AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, Word Press, email marketing platforms, workflow automation, reporting, and operational analysis tools.

Operational excellence : Proven ability to manage capacity, utilization, productivity, quality, throughput, SLAs, service performance, risk mitigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
Client and service delivery : Experience managing senior client stakeholders, governance forums, operational reviews, escalations, QBRs/MBRs, and strategic delivery partnerships.
Transition and transformation : Experience leading new client onboarding, capability migration, due diligence, risk assessment, stabilization, and large-scale transformation programs.
Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business operations, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
