Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Interior Designer who can independently manage end-to-end Luxury residential interior projects, from initial client meetings and design conceptualization to project closure. The ideal candidate should be client-facing, commercially strong, and technically sound, with the ability to close projects and push them into execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take initial client meetings and drive project closures
• Manage residential projects ranging from 10L - 50L
• Handle complete project lifecycle - from concept to production
• Conduct design meetings, site masking or validation
• Create 3D models (SketchUp or Infurnia), renderings, and 2D drawings (AutoCAD)
• Stay updated with market trends, new material launches, and premium finishes
• Assist clients with material selection and push projects to production

What We're Looking For:

• 3-6+ years of experience in luxury residential interiors
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium homes & high-end detailing
• Expertise in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering tools
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and current market offerings
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and closure skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
