• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong  banking, financial services, and FIS platform experience.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for banking applications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and subject-matter experts to translate banking requirements into functional solutions.
• Strong understanding of FIS products and banking applications , including core banking, payments, deposits, loans, accounts, transactions, and financial processing workflows.
• Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE business processes , identify gaps, and recommend process and system improvements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications .
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC, including requirement clarification, test planning, defect resolution, UAT, and production implementation.
• Work with SQL and database teams to validate financial transactions, account information, balances, reconciliations, and data integrity.
• Support FIS integrations and interfaces , including APIs, batch processing, file-based interfaces, and downstream/upstream banking systems.
