Agiloft Administrator & Configuration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Agiloft Administrator & Configuration Specialist to support a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure Agiloft workflows, business rules, forms, fields, tables, permissions, and automations. Manage Jira tickets, support requests, and system enhancements. Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support testing, deployments, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Perform reporting, data analysis, and SQL/My SQL queries. Support SOX, audit, and compliance activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

Requirements

Strong hands-on Agiloft administration/configuration experience. Experience with Jira and enterprise application support. Proficiency in SQL/My SQL. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment. Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
