Key Responsibilities: • Member Assistance: Attend to the needs of our members, helping them organize accommodations and personalized services within the club. • Phone & Email Management:Answer all incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries via email, and assist with reservations and scheduling in a timely and professional manner. • Reservations & Scheduling: Keep reservations organized and ensure that all scheduling is done efficiently, in line with BIN’s high standards of service. • Guest Services: Provide excellent guest service, ensuring attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere at all times. • Ongoing Relationships: Build and maintain positive ongoing relationships with members by offering personalized service and support. • Multitasking: Prioritize tasks to meet customer needs in a dynamic environment. • Club Representation: Represent BIN with integrity, professionalism, and dedication, reflecting the values and standards of the company.
Qualifications: • Previous experience in hospitality, member services, or customer service preferred. • Experience in Mind Body or similar wellness platforms is a plus. • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). • Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail. • A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first approach. xzbcwsv • Familiarity with the use of reservation systems or scheduling software is a plus. • Ability to work cohesively with a team and take initiative in problem-solving
