Inside Sales Representative (Closer) – US Healthcare - RCM (medical billing or credentialing)

(Remote | EST Shift 9am-6pm)

About the job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven RCM (medical billing or credentialing) Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert qualified leads with our healthcare clients.

***Role requires frequent phone and video interaction with English-speaking clients; candidates must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.***

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field preferred.

* Mandatory 2-3+ years of experience doing inside sales as a Closer.

* Mandatory 1+ years of US RCM Medical Billing and/or Provider Enrollment knowledge

* Experience working in EST hours 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

* Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

* Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Mandatory Work-From-Home Requirements"

• Dedicated laptop/PC: Intel i5 or higher, 8GB RAM , Windows 11 (licensed & activated)
• MS Office 2013+ (working copy)
• Quiet, distraction-free home office
• Minimum 100 Mbps high-speed internet (fiber or cable)
• At least 1 year of prior work from home experience during EST hours
• Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST | Monday–Friday

Compensation

• Monthly Base + Commission Salary (based on experience)
