Job Purpose

To support strategic planning, financial modelling, data analysis, and business performance evaluation to drive the organization’s long-term growth and profitability. The role combines financial expertise with strategic thinking to contribute to key business decisions. 

Key Responsibilities

1) Evaluate business performance against targets and recommend 

improvement areas.

2) Analyze P& L, balance sheet, cost structures, and cash flows to evaluate 

business performance.

3) Develop dashboards and MIS reports for leadership teams

4) Present data in meaningful formats for strategy reviews and board 

presentations.

5) Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, SCM, and HR for strategy 

implementation.

Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher or 1–2 years of experience.  Strong financial analysis, accounting, and taxation knowledge.  Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and financial modelling.  Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.  Good communication and presentation abilities.  Ability to work with data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights.  Attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
