Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and finalize structural and civil engineering drawings for solar projects.
Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for solar installations, including module mounting structures and foundations.
Prepare detailed layouts, BOQs, and construction drawings using design software.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution of civil works.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.
Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
Optimize material usage and construction methods for cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
MANDATORY - Proficiency in BOTH engineering software:
Auto CAD
STAAD Pro
Hands-on experience in developing civil and structural drawings.
In-depth understanding of:
RCC structures
Steel structures
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry will be an added advantage.
Experience in Solar EPC projects, including ground-mounted or rooftop systems.
