Construction Superintendent

We're looking for a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead job site operations and keep our commercial and medical construction projects on schedule, on budget, and built to spec.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple subcontractors and trades to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate day-to-day on-site construction activities for commercial projects· Supervise subcontractors, trade crews, and field staff, ensuring work meets quality and safety standardsDevelop and maintain project schedules; proactively identify and resolve delays or conflicts Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and inspections with vendors and project managers Conduct regular site walks and quality control checks against plans and specifications Communicate progress, issues, and risks to project managers, clients, and stakeholdersMaintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation of site activityTravel to and manage multiple job sites as project needs require Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar field leadership role on commercial projectsStrong working knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and building codes Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneouslySolid understanding of jobsite safety practices and OSHA requirementsExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsComfortable with frequent travel to job sites (valid driver's license required) xzbcwsv Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred OSHA 30 certification a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive pay, based on experienceOpportunity to work on a variety of commercial construction projects across the regionSupportive, growth-oriented team environmentTravel-related expenses covered per company policyHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume and brief summary of relevant project experience.
