I’m currently working with an established civil defense and trial practice seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join its litigation team on Long Island.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to handle substantive, sophisticated defense matters while continuing to build their litigation and trial experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage General Liability, Insurance Defense, and Construction/Labor Law casesConduct legal research, discovery, motion practice, and case evaluationAppear for conferences, motions, hearings, and other court proceedingsParticipate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
Ideal CandidateActive New York Bar admissionExperience with General Liability, Insurance Defense and/or Construction/Labor LawDeposition and motion practice experienceAttorneys with motion/bench trial or second-chair xzbcwsv experience are encouraged to apply
Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 to $250,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
