Onward Search in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead land development projects, including grading, drainage, stormwater, and hydrology/hydraulic calculations. You will guide design teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate across multidisciplinary AEC groups in a collaborative, employee-focused environment.

This is a direct-hire role with hybrid schedule (Mon-Wed in office, Thu-Fri flexible). Salary range is $100,000–$140,000 plus discretionary annual bonus.
