VP, Project Finance

JCW is partnering with an aggressively expanding financial services firm who are looking for a VP within project finance, but with a weighted focus on their developing sports finance capabilities. This is a rare opportunity for a senior credit professional to contribute to the ongoing growth of a U.S. portfolio spanning power, energy, and infrastructure while being able to build your own niche and SME knowledge across sports finance (stadiums, sports franchise's, media related credits, etc)

The RoleAs a VP, you'll own credit analysis and opinions across a diverse book of project and infrastructure finance transactions, while helping to establish their name across sports finance.
Key responsibilities include:Serve as the lead on credit decisions for project and infrastructure financings across power and energy (gas, wind, solar, hydro), digital infrastructure, and broader infrastructure (PPPs, airports, ports)Perform financial statement analysis, build and apply financial models, and draft reports and committee materialsWork with internal and external stakeholders to conduct full lifecycle credit decisions (risks, ratings, creditworthiness etc)Establish and develop sports finance capabilities as a dedicated credit SME.
What We're Looking For5+ years of financial analysis experience with credit experience specific to Project FinanceTechnical depth within structured finance, credit monitoring/risk, financial modeling, and credit decisioning. xzbcwsv Strong knowledge of power sector, infrastructure, and financial markets knowledge, with corporate finance and financial statement analysis skillsIdeally prior experience to sports finance.
