Lead Architect (Construction)

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to lead the technical delivery of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in BIM-based documentation, building envelope systems, faade detailing, technical coordination, and construction documentation across international projects. Key Responsibilities Lead technical delivery of complex architectural projects. Define project delivery strategy and technical direction. Develop BIM-based architectural documentation from Design Development through Construction Administration. Lead building envelope systems and faade detailing. Establish QA/QC standards and ensure compliance across projects. Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams. Resolve multidisciplinary design and technical issues. Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements. Support project planning, resource utilization, and technical risk management. Mentor technical teams and promote architectural best practices. Drive innovation in BIM workflows and digital design processes. Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery. Candidate Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Mandatory Master's Degree (M.Arch) Preferred Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Architectural Design and Technical Project Delivery. Experience delivering large-scale commercial or institutional building projects. Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
