Role Overview
Identify opportunities to embed AI into existing business processes and operational workflowsDesign end-to-end workflows combining people, AI and existing business systemsIntegrate AI capabilities into customer, employee and operational journeysDefine human-in-the-loop controls, approvals and escalation pathsWork across business, operations and technology teams to move AI-enabled workflows into productionMeasure productivity, efficiency and quality improvements resulting from AI implementationSupport the transition from AI pilots to operational deployment
Tools & Technologies
Workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate or similarAI copilots, agents and automation platformsAPI integrations and workflow orchestration toolsCRM, ERP and operational business systemsBusiness process mapping and optimization toolsReporting and process analytics tools
Experience
Experience delivering workflow automation or business process transformation initiativesPractical experience integrating AI into operational business processesExperience deploying AI-enabled workflows or automations into productionExperience integrating multiple business systems, APIs or data sourcesExperience defining human review, approval or exception-handling xzbcwsv processesExperience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to demonstrate measurable business impact from automation initiatives

Commercially and operationally mindedComfortable working between Technology and the businessAble to identify where AI can genuinely improve a process rather than automating for its own sakeGrounded in practical implementation rather than AI theoryComfortable working with emerging agentic AI technologiesFocused on measurable outcomes, adoption and operational impact
