If you have printing experience and strong mechanical aptitude, this is a great opportunity to work a compressed 3-day schedule while producing high-quality labels and packaging. Joining Smyth with experience that includes cold foil, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and/or tactile varnishes AND you can deliver consistent quality throughput, your overall compensation would reflect those experiences. Schedule Monday-Wednesday | 5:00 PM - 5:15 AM 12.25-hour shifts (36.75 hours/week) Overtime available (paid after 40 hours) Pay & Benefits Competitive pay, $30-$40 per hour, based on experience and bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) + paid holidays Short- and long-term disability Life insurance Career growth opportunities What You'll Do Set up and operate a Comco flexographic press Produce high-quality labels while meeting production and quality standards Monitor and reduce material waste Ensure press is fully stocked and running efficiently Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED Strong mechanical aptitude 4+ years of printing or press operation experience Preferred: Flexographic printing experience Experience with: Cold foil Hot stamp dies Rotary screens Tactile varnishes Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or BRC quality systems What We're Looking For Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Team-oriented with strong communication skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Why Join Smyth?
