About the Role Title: Sales Trainee — IT Product (Recruiting Job Board) Type: Full-time, Remote Training Period: 2–3 months (performance-focused, stipend not applicable during training) Compensation: From Month 4 onward — fixed salary + performance-based incentives determined by your results during training

What You’ll Do Learn our product inside out and how it solves hiring needs for employers and staffing firms Master consultative selling: prospecting, pitching, demo scheduling, and closing Engage prospects via calls, email, Linked In, and virtual demos Manage and update lead data in CRM with discipline Hit weekly activity and conversion targets set during training

What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) High ownership, coachability, and a passion for sales Consistent work ethic and resilience in a target-driven setup Basic tech comfort (CRM, spreadsheets, email tools) Must have your own laptop and reliable Wi‑Fi Availability to work remotely during standard business hours
