The Role: Business Development Executive

You’ll bridge Learnbay and the next generation of tech professionals — consulting, guiding, and helping learners enroll in high-impact programs across:

Data Science | Gen AI | DSA & System Design | Dev Ops & Cloud | Cybersecurity

Key Responsibilities

Lead consultative calls to guide learners to the right program

Drive enrollments by aligning aspirations with suitable tech courses

Stay updated with market insights and upskilling trends

Build meaningful, long-term learner relationships

Collaborate with marketing and product teams

What We’re Looking For

1-3years of experience selling to working professionals

Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

Tech awareness across Data Science, Gen AI, DSA, etc.

Self-starter mindset with leadership drive
