This role is equal parts creative strategist, show-runner, and producer, built for someone eager to develop and produce new, compelling content and formats across on-demand, live, and streaming platforms, build trusted relationships with talent, and confidently oversee the technical execution of a show from recording through distribution. Success in this role also requires exceptional cross-department communication and collaboration, working seamlessly across creative, production, editorial, sales, marketing, operations, and talent to keep current shows operating at the highest level, while identifying ways to grow Dear Media through new formats, platforms, talent, and the evolving digital media landscape.
