We’re looking for a Community Manager who understands culture, hospitality, events and people — and is excited by the idea of building a community around a restaurant and bar.
This is a hands-on role focused on events, experiences, community building, partnerships and brand engagement , with a strong emphasis on getting people through the doors and creating experiences they want to come back for.
We’re looking for someone who- Is naturally social, outgoing and good at building relationships .
- Has a genuine interest in food, beverage, music, culture, nightlife and events .
- Is comfortable being both strategic and hands-on .
- Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple moving parts at once.
- Is proactive, resourceful and good at making things happen.
- Has a good understanding of social media, influencers and community-building .
- Is comfortable working closely with different teams, agencies, artists, creators and partners.
- Has strong communication skills and a good eye for what makes an experience feel special.
- Ideally has 1–3 years of experience in community, events, hospitality, marketing, partnerships or a related field.
Events & Experiences
- Own the venue’s events and experiences calendar — from original event IPs and weekly programming to music curation, special menus, partnerships and the overall guest experience.
- Work closely with the F&B, music and operations teams to bring new concepts and experiences to life.
- Plan and execute events from concept and promotion through to on-ground execution.
- Build experiences that drive footfall, create buzz and strengthen the brand.
Community & Partnerships
- Build relationships with relevant local communities, including dance groups, cultural communities, offices, expat groups and other networks.
- Develop collaborations and partnerships that bring new audiences to the venue.
- Grow and actively engage the brand’s WhatsApp and community networks.
- Create opportunities for guests to feel like part of an ongoing community, rather than just visitors to the venue.
Influencers & PR
- Build and manage relationships with influencers and creators, and develop relevant collaborations.
- Work closely with the PR agency to brief them on upcoming events, launches and brand priorities.
- Ensure PR and influencer activity is aligned with the brand and events calendar.
- Coordinate influencer visits, collaborations and on-ground experiences.
Social Media
- Work with the social media agency to ensure content and communication are aligned with the brand and events calendar.
- Review and guide the content calendar and overall quality of social media output.
- Identify opportunities for real-time content, UGC and event coverage.
- Be hands-on with capturing moments and content on-ground when needed.
- Monitor community responses, DMs and comments and make sure they are addressed promptly.
Guest Relationships & Brand Building
- Help build a strong base of repeat customers and regulars.
- Manage guest feedback and online reviews across platforms.
- Develop initiatives around customer loyalty, birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions.
- Keep track of what guests are responding to and find ways to continuously improve the experience.
Trends & Insights
- Keep an eye on what’s happening across Delhi’s food, beverage, nightlife, music and cultural scene.
- Track competitors and identify interesting new formats, collaborations, menus and experiences.
- Bring new ideas to the table and turn relevant trends into actionable opportunities for the venue.
- Track the performance of events, collaborations and community initiatives and use these insights to improve future programming.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the world, meeting people, creating experiences and building something people want to be part of .
You’ll have significant ownership over how the venue shows up in the city — from the events and music people come for, to the communities and relationships that bring them back.
