Job Title: Team Leader – (Pre-Sales & Post-Sales)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team handling pre-sales and post-sales operations.
• Monitor team performance and ensure daily productivity targets are achieved.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports and MIS.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the Real Estate industry.
• Hands-on experience in both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales processes is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Ability to handle targets and customer escalations effectively.
