About the Role

Digital Maestros is looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Social Media Manager to lead and grow the digital presence of both our agency and our client brands.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, managing content direction, overseeing campaigns, communicating with clients, and driving audience engagement across multiple digital platforms.

You will manage the company's social media presence, multiple client accounts, and various in-house platforms, ensuring that every campaign aligns with brand objectives, business goals, and the latest industry trends.

This position is ideal for someone who is strategic, proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

You'll also have the opportunity to work with international clients and global brands.

Key Responsibility

• Manage and grow the social media presence of Digital Maestros, multiple client accounts, and in-house platforms.
• Develop and execute effective social media strategies for both internal branding and client campaigns.
• Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
• Lead the execution of posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, paid campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce engaging, high-quality content.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to improve content performance.
• Manage client communication, including strategy discussions, approvals, reporting, and campaign presentations.
• Build strong client relationships while ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects.
• Drive audience engagement, community management, and online reputation management.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities through influencer collaborations, partnerships, and innovative digital campaigns.
• Support business development through social media outreach and lead generation initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital communication channels.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably within a creative or digital agency.
• Strong knowledge of content strategy, branding, and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with major social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with a deep understanding of storytelling, social media trends, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads is an added advantage.
• Experience working with international brands or managing multiple client accounts will be preferred.
