We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Management Associates. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in sales, customer relations, team leadership, and business development while working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearn and maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and promotionsWork closely with team leaders to develop sales, communication, and leadership skillsBuild positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactionsAssist with customer acquisition and retention effortsParticipate in daily training sessions, team meetings, and professional development workshopsSupport the creation and execution of sales and marketing initiativesContribute ideas to improve customer engagement and team performanceAssist in mentoring and supporting newer team members as leadership skills developTake ownership of projects and responsibilities designed to strengthen management abilities
QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, leadership, or team-based environments is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAmbitious, self-motivated, and eager to learnStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentProfessional attitude with a desire to grow into leadership opportunitiesBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools is helpful
