About the Role

Vision Square Inc. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work with direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Recruit for W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time positions.
• Work on Direct Client, MSP, VMS, and Implementation Partner requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation, rates, and employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality standards.
• Build long-term relationships with consultants and clients.
• Mentor junior recruiters and help improve team performance.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment process.
• Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, and Implementation Partners.
• Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience using ATS/CRM tools.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
