Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and design-oriented Graduate Architects to join our in-house design and development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in a variety of architectural and urban development projects in Bengaluru & Dehradun.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and design development of residential, commercial, and hospitality related projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape and D5 Render.
• Collaborate with external consultants to ensure design integrity and project coherence.
• Participate in site visits and support coordination between design and execution teams.
• Conduct research on architectural styles, materials, technologies, and sustainability trends relevant to current and upcoming projects.
• Support the preparation of client presentations and design documentation for approvals.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical understanding, and a good sense of spatial planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Canva and MS Office
• Excellent communication and visualization skills
• High level of initiative, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to work
• A strong interest in real estate development, urban design, and the hospitality sector
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to high-quality projects
